About Civil Defence
Created under The Civil Defense Act, 1968(Act N0.27) /Central Govt. has all the Power to make rules for Civil Defense. But while the power to implement it is with the state government. If the head of the Civil Defense says, he can be any officer of the District Magistrate. But mostly the District Magistrate (DM) is the Controller.
How To Join
You also join in.There are some procedures in this, you have to get PCC (Police Verification) done first. After PCC, you fill your Civil Defense Form by visiting the E-District site.As soon as your C-Form is made, you wait, you will get a call for training of Civil Defense.When your training is completed. So, you send C-Form, Training Certificate to your warden, your warden will add you to his group. You, through the group, you will get a chance to do Free Duty and Paid Duty.You will get all the useful information on this webpage, and you will be happy to know that you will also get the number of your warden from here. Appointments Of Members And Offiers
When you come in civil defence, unless you mean to say MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE, until the form is made, you are not a Volunteers of civil defense Because your controller is signed on your MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE.
Dismissal Of Members of Civil Defence
If any Volunteer has been given any work, does not follow it on time, or Miss Viheb in the course of his duty, he is found to be behaving badly. If it is, then he will be thrown out of the civil defense.
Appeal
Under Section 6 (Section 6), if any Volunteer has been removed from civil defense while on duty, while he has not done any work which is in the nature of social service.If it is against, then he can Appeal to the State Government within 30 days.
Panalties
If any Volunteers works against the society, which may cause problems to anyone, then that volunteer should be punished. Under sub-section (2) of section 8, a penalty of Rs 500 will be levied.
